What Credits Are

A credit is prepaid value: $1 buys one credit. Credits can be used anywhere under Bötaniqa Mind Body Spirit, and at Bötaniqa Wellbeing Studio every treatment is priced in credits. Credits are not money, and they cannot be redeemed for cash.

Shopify keeps the record of each sale, and the tax invoice is emailed to you when you top up. We keep your balance, the history of every movement on it, and your appointments.

Buying Credits

Credits are bought at the counter of Bötaniqa Wellbeing Studio. Larger top-ups come with a premium discount, given as credits (from $3,000: a 10% premium discount; from $5,000: a 20% premium discount). The discount is worked out on the whole amount.

Discount credits are ours to give. They are spent before the credits you paid for, and they cannot be refunded.

How Long Credits Last

Credits last three years from your latest top-up, and every top-up extends the whole balance to three years from that day. A balance that reaches its date without a top-up expires, and a later top-up does not bring it back.

Booking and Paying

Appointments at Bötaniqa Wellbeing Studio can be made up to thirty days ahead, and you do not need credits to book one. Each treatment’s price is shown when you book, and it is paid after your visit: in credits, when your balance covers the whole price, or at the counter.

An appointment can be moved or cancelled at any time, and there is no fee. Inside the twenty-four hours before it starts, a move or cancellation is noted as late, and so is an appointment missed. When we cancel, nothing is noted.

An appointment booked before 17 October 2026 had its credits taken when it was booked. Those credits move with it when it is moved, and come back if it is cancelled or missed.

Refunds

Credits you paid for and have not spent can be refunded at the counter of Bötaniqa Wellbeing Studio before they expire. Discount credits cannot be refunded. A refund is returned the way it was paid, or by arrangement.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What We Hold

Shopify holds who you are: your name and your email address. We hold your balance and its history, your appointments, and the details on your client card — your mobile number, your date of birth, your address and how you like to be looked after, whichever you gave us.

No health information is kept on this site. What is said in the room stays in the room. An appointment carries a short note at most, and only if you write one.
