Recognises what you pay us. Only money you actually pay counts, and it counts once: discount credits never count, and spending your balance does not count again.

Questions
Is an account really free?
Yes. There is no fee and no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You never have to buy anything to keep it.
What makes me a member?
Your first payment to us at the counter of Bötaniqa Wellbeing Studio: paying for a visit, or a top-up. Your account page shows you as a member from then on.
What counts towards my tier?
The money you actually pay, counted once, over the last twelve months. A top-up counts what you paid, not its discount credits. Spending your balance does not count again, because it counted when you topped up.
When will Seeds and the tier benefits be announced?
We are shaping them around what our guests enjoy most. They will be published on this page, and the spending that counts towards your tier is already being recorded.
Is my balance part of the Loyalty Program?
No. Your balance is prepaid credit to use anywhere under Bötaniqa Mind Body Spirit. The Loyalty Program recognises what you pay. A $3,000 top-up puts 3,000 credits, plus its discount credits, in your balance, and counts $3,000 towards your tier.
How do I top up, and how soon can I use it?
At the counter of Bötaniqa Wellbeing Studio, once you have signed in here at least once. The credits are on your account straight away, and the tax invoice is emailed to you.
How long do credits last?
Credits last three years from your latest top-up, and every top-up extends the whole balance to three years from that day. A balance that reaches its date without a top-up expires, and a later top-up does not bring it back.
What if I need to cancel or move a visit?
An appointment can be moved or cancelled at any time, and there is no fee. Inside the twenty-four hours before it starts, a move or cancellation is noted as late, and so is an appointment missed. When we cancel, nothing is noted.
Can I get a refund?
Credits you paid for and have not spent can be refunded at the counter of Bötaniqa Wellbeing Studio before they expire. Discount credits cannot be refunded. A refund is returned the way it was paid, or by arrangement.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where can I use my balance?
Anywhere under Bötaniqa Mind Body Spirit. At Bötaniqa Wellbeing Studio, every treatment is priced in credits, and you can book it here or at the counter.
How do I close my account?
Write to us and we will close it. Unspent credits you paid for can be refunded first.
