The terms on which Bötaniqa Mind Body Spirit offers its site, accounts, the Loyalty Program and credit, and on which Bötaniqa Wellbeing Studio offers its treatments. Short, and written to be read.

Who We Are
Bötaniqa Mind Body Spirit (also written Botaniqa) is a lifestyle brand and community in Victoria, Australia. Bötaniqa Wellbeing Studio, a beauty salon and wellness studio in Balwyn North, is one studio under it. These terms apply to this website, to your account, the Loyalty Program and credit, and to the treatments at Bötaniqa Wellbeing Studio booked through this site. By using the site, booking a treatment or buying credit, you agree to them.
If anything here is unclear, write to us before you book. We would rather answer a question than hold you to a line you did not understand.
Your Account
Your account is one account for everything under Bötaniqa Mind Body Spirit. Signing in uses your Shopify customer account: a code sent to your email, no password. Keep your email account safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used yours.
What you do while signed in — a booking, a cancellation, a message — is taken as yours.
Booking a Treatment
Treatments at Bötaniqa Wellbeing Studio are booked online, up to thirty days ahead and with a little notice, and paid after the visit. The booking page shows the times that are free; a confirmed booking holds that time for you, with the practitioner it names.
Please arrive a few minutes early. A treatment that starts late still ends on time, so that the person after you is not kept waiting.
You may move or cancel a booking yourself at any time, and there is no fee. Inside the twenty-four hours before it starts, or if you do not come, it is noted as late — unless we cancel or move the appointment ourselves. The full rule is in the credit terms.
Credit
Credit is bought at the counter of Bötaniqa Wellbeing Studio and can be used anywhere under Bötaniqa Mind Body Spirit. What it is, how long it lasts and what can be refunded are set out in the credit terms, which are part of these terms.
Your Health and Comfort
Tell us before a treatment about anything we should know — pregnancy, a skin condition, an allergy, recent surgery, medication, or simply a day when you would like a lighter touch. We will adapt, or suggest something else.
You can stop a treatment at any point, for any reason. So can we, if we think it is not right for you that day.
The Studio's facials and massage are care and quiet, not medicine, and nothing on this site is medical advice. The injectable treatments on our menu are performed by professional doctors, after a consultation in which the options, the risks and the costs are discussed with you.
Using the Site
The site is for booking, for reading about what we do, and for writing to us. Please do not use it to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, or to interfere with how it works.
The words, images and design on the site are ours, or used with permission. You are welcome to read them and to share links to them; please do not copy them for your own use without asking.
Our Responsibility
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Beyond what that law requires, we are not liable for loss we could not reasonably have foreseen, or that follows from something we asked about and were not told.
Changes
We may update these terms as Bötaniqa Mind Body Spirit changes and grows. The date above says when they last changed; a change applies from the day it is published here, and to bookings made after that day.
The Law That Applies
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and any dispute belongs to its courts. If one part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
